The bill (Reg.
No. 8484) excludes state supervision and control over the observance of labour
laws and labour safety laws from the effect of the Law "On the Fundamentals of
State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sector", as stated in clause 2 of
this Law. The bill also amends the Law "On Labour Safety."
The committee members believe that adoption of the bill will support implementation of international agreements, and ensure effective state supervision and control over the observance of labour laws and labour safety laws.
